Spicy BBQ Sauce (The Simpson's)


Bubba's Spicy BBQ Sauce Great for any Grilling Occasion. We prefer to not use BBQ Sauce on any of our Meats while cooking. We do recommend using our sauce to compliment the BBQ and not to cover it.


1 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup molasses

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 (5.5 ounce) can tomato juice

2 tablespoons liquid smoke flavoring


In a blender or food processor, combine the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, molasses, brown sugar, onion, garlic powder, ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, tomato juice, and liquid smoke flavoring. Puree until smooth, and transfer to a saucepan.

Place saucepan on the stove over medium heat. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 1 hour, or to desired thickness.

Cabbage Cole Slow (The Simpson's)


"An absolutely delicious coleslaw, more tart and tangy then the creamy kind. Can make this dish up to a week ahead of time and it will only get better.


1 medium head cabbage, shredded 1 large red onion, diced 1 cup grated carrots 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 cup white sugar 1 cup white vinegar 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon dry mustard black pepper to taste


In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onion, carrots, and celery. Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar, and mix well. In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, oil, salt, dry mustard, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Pour hot dressing over cabbage mixture, and mix well.

Perfect Lemonade (The Simpson's)


Perfect Fresh Squeezed Lemonade. Serve Ice Cold.


3/4 to 1 Cup sugar

1 Cup Water For Simple Syrup

1 Cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

4 Cups Cold Water


Make simple syrup by heating the Sugar and Water in a small sauce pan until Sugar is dissolved completely.

While the Sugar is dissolving, use juicer to extract the juice from 4 to 6 Lemons, enough for one cup of juice.

Add the juice and the Sugar water to a pitcher. Add 3 to 4 cups of cold water, more or less to the desired strength. Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes. If the Lemonade is a little sweet for your taste, add a little more straight Lemon Juice to it.

Serve with Ice, and Sliced Lemons. Mouth Watering Lemonade really good......

Bubba's Famous K Bobs (The Simpson's)


Bubba's Famous K Bobs (BEEF, OR CHICKEN)


2 cups tomato juice

1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1/3 cup ketchup

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

4 dash hot sauce

2 pounds beef sirloin, or Bonless Skinless Chicken Breast cut into 1 inch cubes

1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, stems removed

1 pint cherry tomatoes

1 large onion, quartered

1 large green, red, Or Yellow bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces



In a saucepan over low heat, mix the tomato juice, butter, onion, ketchup, mustard, salt, paprika, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes, remove from heat, and allow to cool.

Preheat grill for medium heat.

Thread the sirloin cubes, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, onion quarters, and green pepper pieces onto skewers, alternating as desired. Drizzle some of the sauce over the kabobs.

Oil the grill grate. Arrange kabobs on the grill. Grill 10 minutes, or until meat is cooked through, occasionally turning kabobs. Baste with sauce during the last 5 minutes.

Pico De Gallo (The Simpson's)


Pico De Gallo goes great on any type of Food. The topping to a great Fajita Taco.


8 to 10 Serrano Peppers

1 medium Onion

4 Roma Tomatoes

7 stems of Cilantro

1 Fresh Lime cut in 1/4



Chop one medium onion in small pieces, Take Serrano Peppers and cut long ways in quarters and then chop in small pieces leaving seeds in, cut Roma Tomatoes in small chunks, take Cilantro and chop in small pieces mix all together real good. Take Limes and use 1/2 of the Lime and squeeze juice in all of the ingredients and mix real good take other half of Lime and Leave on top of Pico. Add Salt to Taste. At this point the Pico De Gallo is ready for eating. If to spicy just leave out a few Chilies.

Salsa Verde (The Simpson's)


Bubba's (CALIENTE) Salsa Verde


1 1/4 pounds fresh Jalapeno Peppers

2 tablespoons Canola Oil

1 Small Onion Finely Chopped

1 Clove of Garlic

3 stems of Cilantro

Salt and Pepper to taste


Set aside 1 Jalapeno Pepper. Cut the stems off the rest; slice in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds or Leave the seeds for spicier sauce.

Place all of the Peppers, Onions, Garlic, and Celantro in a large pot of boiling water. Boil Ingrediantes about 15 minutes. Reserve about 4 tablespoons of boiling water, and drain the rest.

Cut the stem off the remaining whole pepper, and place all of the the peppers into a blender. Pour in reserved Water and Canola Oil, and season with Salt and Pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve hot or chilled.

Old Fashioned Potato Salad (The Simpson's)


"This is potato salad the old fashioned way - with eggs, celery and relish. It's really good to serve with any BBQ, or Any Other Meal."


5 potatoes 3 eggs 1 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon celery salt 1 tablespoon prepared mustard ground black pepper to taste 1/4 cup mayonnaise


Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain, cool, peel and chop.

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil; cover, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.

In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, eggs, celery, onion, relish, garlic salt, celery salt, mustard, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix together well and refrigerate until chilled.

Southern Peach Cobbler (Unknown)


Southern Peach Cobbler. Add a scoop of Home Made Vanilla Ice Cream on theis and you have one great desert.


" 8 fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and sliced into thin wedges

" 1/4 cup white sugar

" 1/4 cup brown sugar

" 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

" 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

" 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

" 2 teaspoons cornstarch

" 1 cup all-purpose flour

" 1/4 cup white sugar

" 1 teaspoon baking powder

" 1/2 teaspoon salt

" 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces

" 1/4 cup boiling water

" 1/4 cup brown sugar



" 3 tablespoons white sugar

" 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, combine peaches, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Toss to coat evenly, and pour into a 2 quart baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine flour, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Blend in butter with your fingertips, or a pastry blender, until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in water until just combined.

4. Remove peaches from oven, and drop spoonfuls of topping over them. Sprinkle entire cobbler with the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake until topping is golden, about 30 minutes.
